Summers and moisturizers usually don’t go well with each other. They have a love hate relationship but the skin feels the heat. So looking for a lightweight moisturizer for my oily and sensitive skin has always been continuous quest.

In order to find a perfect match for my skin, I keep on trying different classic and new products. So this time, its Born Natural Watering Cream Fluid by VTxBTS. It is a born out of the collaboration between vt cosmetics and a popular Kpop band BTS. So below is my experience in a nutshell.

A korean company which in association with K-pop band, BTS has a lot to offer. From skincare to makeup to dental to luxury perfumes, there is an array of products. The innovative Skin Science Technology, Sensational Colour and Stylish Designs of the products have made them popular with the South East Asian population.

Product Claim

Essential cream that contains rich moisturizing energy, light cream fluid forms a moisture protective shield on dehydrated skin.

  • CICALIAO™ – The sedation of tired skin and reinforcement of the moisture barrier
  • Purple Beet Water – Energy transfer to a dull skin
  • Tripe Hyaluronic Acid – Hydration of skin with deep moisturizing effect.

Product Description

A sturdy glass bottle with a well designed pump carries this light weight fluid.

The pump serves an apt amount of product in one go and it comes with a safety cap too.

Directions to use:

Pump once or twice during the cream phase. Apply gently on entire face and tap lightly to help absorption.

Conclusion

Pros

  • It replenishes and hydrates the skin deeply.
  • Although it is mild, but forms a moisturizing barrier to dry skin.
  • It is not completely odorless but has a very pleasant smell which is not overpowering.
  • The texture is fine and lightweight ensuring an easy application.
  • It gets absorbed in the skin like a dream and doesn’t leave it oily or sweaty, so is perfect for summers.
  • The given pump ensures an easy, apt and hygienic dispensation.
  • The quantity is adequate and compact concomitantly making it an ideal choice for easy storage and portability.

Cons

  • The glass bottle makes it heavy to carry but its needed for a hygiene storage.
  • The fluid is lightweight, so can’t serve as a hydrating cream in winters.

Yay or Nay

I have been using it for a while now and I am in love with it. It is my daily moisturizer without any application complications. It absorbs in the skin delightfully and let the makeup glide flawlessly. A big Yay!
